Shipping Policy
Delivery Policy
We only ship within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
We have warehouses on both the East and West Coasts, enabling us to ship to most customers within 3 business days. Occasionally, a product may be out of stock at the nearest warehouse, and a warehouse farther from you will have to fulfill the order, which may extend the ETA to 5-10 business days. Some of our larger products (such as outdoor furniture sets) are best shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight to ensure safe delivery. Once the shipment arrives, FedEx will require an appointment for delivery, so please include a phone number in your order where you can be reached. Someone must be present to receive the LTL shipment and sign for it (drivers can only unload products to the driveway; any additional assistance provided by the driver will incur extra charges).
Please double-check the delivery address before placing your order to ensure your package arrives at the intended location. We can only ship your order to the address provided to us at checkout. If you contact us to change the address before we process the order, we may be able to make the change. If the order has already been processed and is on a FedEx truck (even if it doesn't show as shipped on the marketplace), or if it is in transit with a courier, you may be able to redirect your package by creating an account with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Can I Cancel My Order Anytime?
You can cancel your order anytime before it is handed over to the international shipping carrier. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping, it becomes difficult for us to intercept the item once it has been turned over to the shipping carrier. Furthermore, international shipping is expensive and involves many customs fees. Therefore, we recommend not canceling an order after it has been dispatched to the carrier. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost of the item and may also need to pay duties and fees.
