Return refund clause
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for most items. All returning customers are responsible for sending back the returns to us.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days after the delivery date. The 7-day period is calculated from the date our tracking shows delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us, and we will provide a refund or exchange for you.
Please note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
Damage caused by accidents
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Color and material breakdown due to sun exposure
After-sales modifications
For products that have come into contact with water, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Low-quality Items To obtain the fastest resolution, please attach a photo to prove the poor quality of the item or the damaged area. The best images are those taken on a flat surface with the labels and errors clearly visible. We will use this information to help process your order and eliminate future errors.
Here are the circumstances under which a refund is allowed:
You can receive a refund if the following conditions are met:
You are not satisfied with your order: If you purchased a product within the last 14 days and wish to return it, we will process a full refund upon receiving your item.
The product you purchased does not work at all
You have not received your item within 60 business days or 90 business days (for South America) after purchase
We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.
Please note that it may take 1-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
